Was sich nicht gendert hat, ist dass wir bei dem Wein von einem der besten Chardonnays Deurschland sprechen. Tolle Frucht, cremige Textur zum Dahinschmelzen, reduktiv flintig in der Nase. Burgundisch. Dennoch irgendwie Deutsch. Verdammt gut balanciert, perfekter Holzeinsatz und eine straffe Struktur mit mineralischen Nuancen am Gaumen. Man
