It’s as if Bishop was speaking directly to me. The things that I’ve been through throughout my life, at one point wouldn’t allow me to more forward. Without a trigger popping up out of nowhere.. Before buying this book. I was trying to deal with it and heal completely from my past. After all it was thirteen years ago. I wasn’t aware that I still had walls up! That I wasn’t sure how to push pass or knock down! I’m on page eighty eight as of today! If any of you are in need of a spiritual cleansing this most definitely is it! When delivered the front cover was dirty had marks all on it . Nothing a little wipe down couldn't fix. I ordered the used book so I knew it wouldn't be perfect but the book it self is what counts not the look on the outside and this is a great book.
