Langhe Nebbiolo DOC 2021Warum wir ihn lieben? Die Trauben stammen sogar berwiegend aus den DOCG Gebieten von Barolo und Barbaresco und stehen auf Kalkmergel. Das Rebalter ist zwischen 10 und 45 Jahren und die Reben werden in Drahtrahmenanlagen bei mittlerer Pflanzdichte erzogen. Die Vinifikation erfolgt nach selektiver, manueller Lese in einzelnen Partien je nach Lage oder Parzelle. Zu einem Viertel werden ganze Trauben verwendet, der Rest wird entrappt. Im Edelstahl erfolgt
