Amarone Riserva DOCG 2011 "Due Mori"Die Riserva "Due Mori" ist eine Homage an die beiden Grossvter der Familie Morini und Grnder von der Azienda Agricola Latium. Dieser Amarone wird in sehr kleinen Mengen und nur in Spitzenjahren produziert, zum ersten Mal im 2008 mit genau 1997 Flaschen. Der Due Mori setzt sich aus 70% Corvina, 20% Corvinone, 10% Oseleta zusammen. Die Maischung dauert ber 2 Wochen bei kontrollierter Temperatur, der Ausbau findet whrend 42 Monaten in zur Hlfe
