Der Wein zeigt intensive Dfte von Sauerkirsche, Holunder, Brombeeren und einem Hauch von Rauch und Vanille. Am Gaumen krftig und voll, wobei die Tannine noch gut sprbar sind (Stand 12 2018). Also vor dem Genu ausreichend Zeit zum "atmen" lassen oder dekantieren. Wird am besten bei 16 18 C
