Fleurie "Les Labourons" Gamay 2023Ein Gamay aus der 2 Hektar groen Einzellage Les Labourans, die sich in der Cru Gemeinde Fleurie befindet. Die Reben wurden teilweise in den 50er Jahren gefplanzt und wachsen zwischen 350 und 400 Metern Hhe auf sandigem und granthaltigen Boden. Die Reben werden mit der sehr alten Erziehungsform Gobelet und dem zweifachen Cordon erzogen. 100% Ganztrauben werden verwendet, die nach der spontanen Grung und Kohlensuremaischung in Betontanks ausgebaut
