E. oder Die InselApril 1945, auf einer Insel in der Mulde. In einem Gebsch hlt sich ein Mann versteckt. Seine Knie sind aufgeschlagen, seine Sachen nass, in der Ferne ist das Gerusch krachender Haubitzen zu hren. Er blickt auf das Pfarrhaus am Ufer, in dem er mit seiner Frau und den Kindern gelebt hat. It works!

Life Extension melatonin seems to work well. I’ve found that 1mg is as effective as the 3mg doses of other brands. I take 1mg every evening, as so does my German Shepherd. It helps us sleep through the night. We chose this brand because it’s clean and simple.
