They slide easily and makes all spices easily accessible. Bought more for the bath room and use them for vitamins, over the counter meds and prescription meds. works like a dream and makes the cabinet very organized. Nice sliding spice organizer - easy to install

This is a nice, solid sliding spice organizer. It's not difficult to assemble - just use a rubber or plastic mallet (small) to tap the rods into the molded shelf pieces. You'll also need to attach the bottom bracket to the surface of the shelf to prevent it from tipping when you slide the shelves out. Nicely organizes our spice cupboard!
