These are NOT “workout” tanks offering support. They have a removable cup sewn into the front of the shirt, similar to a bathing suit. If you have small (or gloriously high) boobs and want a shirt to hide your nipples, this is great. If you want something to actually give support, this is NOT it. There is no band to provide support.
