I never write reviews but these are AWESOME! They do have a nasty smell but I just breathe through my mouth until I’ve swallowed it lol. The smell is 100% worth the outcome in my opinion.

Size and Belching

The softgels are too large and the contents causes belching due to the fish oil included. The fish oil is one of the worst smelling I've ever experienced. Perhaps this would be a better product if they eliminate the fish oil. Women's softgels should be much smaller. If I could send it back I would do so. Since I can't, I threw it away and chalked it up to poor judgement on my part. Definitely a waste of money.
