And quite frankly, they do not know what they are doing....My pillows are very plump and awesome. I purchased the 20" squares and then chose 18" pillow covers to stuff them into. Perfection. Fat, soft, soothing pillows. Me and my Doggo are quite happy to lounge around on these durable puffs of fluffiness.
