I think this is the perfect weight. I am a “hot” sleeper and I slept comfortably all night. I was really surprised at the quality of this product at the price I paid. I bought this for a bed in my air BB space. Renters appreciate white linens to ensure clean and crisp feelings. Honestly I didn't have high expectations because of the low price but I was pleasantly surprised. I threw it in the wash and it fluffed up nicely. It's he perfect weight and the fabric and seams are all high quality. I don't currently use a duvet covor on it but the tabs seem sturdy if I wanted to.
