Probably one of the best matcha powders I’ve tried off of Amazon. It had all the notes, umami, nuttiness, matcha flavor, natural sweeteners and a hint of bitterness. When I first opened the packaged it has a strong and good smelling matcha smell. It’s a super vibrant green and looks very creamy even as just a powder. There was no clumps visible and mixed with water super smoothly. The texture of the powder was on point. There was no weird gooeyness going on. Onto my second 100g bag now. Definitely my go to matcha powder now, will be buying as long as it is available.

Once I prepared it correctly, the flavor was balanced and clean. For the price, I actually think it’s a pretty solid everyday ceremonial-style matcha.
