Unfortunately, it arrived in the exact same condition. The product has melted into the cap and texture is grainy. I will keep both as the product is great but I won't be reordering until they can figure out how to ship their lip balms without it melting. I've ordered other tallow lip balms and they didn't melt during shipping.
