I received an iPad that is completely dead. It doesn’t turn on at all, no matter what I try. I tested it with different chargers and adapters — nothing works. The whole situation is very disappointing — the product is not as described, it’s faulty, and the seller provides no proper help or responsibility. Do not buy from this seller. The item was dead on arrival, the color was wrong, and the support was useless. If you value your money and peace of mind, avoid this seller completely.
