Kakishibu CottonThis cotton has a slightly open weave and coarse texture. Kakishibu is a process of dyeing with natural botanical tannins. Persimmon juice is fermented to achieve this rich tea brown, which develops and deepens with exposure to the sun. Due to the nature of the dye, the colour is mottled and marbled, and inconsistencies are to be expected. *As with all natural dyed fabrics we recommend hand washing this fabric a mild detergent to prevent fading. 100%
