I chose these women's vitamins because I don't like swallowing pills much at all and they are easy to swallow,plus they are a great vitamin supplement. Hard to find capsules
Im so glad these are capsules and not gummies (extra carbs) or tablets (does the body even absorb them) Nutrients are getting to the bloodstream quicker.
