WAC Tan Hobby Hat Size 23 1/2 Saks Fifth AveOriginal WWII WAC (women's army corps) tan Hobby hat. It is a size 23 1 2 and is made by Saks Fifth Avenue. It is in AS IS condition with some issues. It is misshapen from improper storage. The brim is bent and wavy. There are several stains (no attempt to clean it has been made). Good finish, poor hardware.
Set screws are poor quality and are sometimes powdercoated on the exposed threads. Leads to striped hex sockets and inability to tighten properly.
Durable finish as evidenced by no visible damage after throwing parts across the shop in frustration.
Ended up running self tapping screws thru parts to complete assembly.
