He has a twin brother who is the same height but about 20# lighter and would need a medium. Also an athlete. 6) Make sure you order in time for pants length alrerations. 5) Do it. Order it for your event. Save a few hundred dollars and a ton of time returning rentals, those pants can be used again for sure.
