Thick midsized flange can easily be cut off by following the groove. I've been a skinny grip guy forever, I'm soon to jump ship, so stay tuned for a report on these beauties. V. 2 has been lengthened to 163mm Extra soft and tacky rubber Mid flange design with groove to remove Matching Bar Plugs included

I really like these earrings, contemplated buying them because of all the mixed reviews. I agree with others for $100 earrings the packaging is not good, not what you would expect for the price point, super cheap no dust bag. You Honeslty could probably get better packaging on temu. Earrings are nice, light weight on the ear and I really like the earring backs. Bought these on promo for $59 would not buy them full price.
