Debra Fileta's "Soul Care" is a great blend of faith-based principles and practical advice. I love how she explores the rhythms Jesus practiced to care for his soul as a framework for readers to follow. What sets Soul Care apart is her holistic approach to caring for ourselves. I really loved the idea of this, but the hooks in the bars that hold the coat hooks are very flimsy!!! I have only had one month and they broke!!! It is not made to hold ANY heavy to medium weight coats things!!! I would not recommend this unless you only hang very light weight things on hooks.
