I've had cradles cap since I was a little girl. It's these big flakes of scalp that are itchy and embarrassing and just look terrible when out of control. Plus my hair is thick so it's hard to remove. It can be caused by a mild fungal infection or hormonal imbalance. I've only tried natural remedies because other places would either offer medications or expensive prices for their products and I didn't want that at all. I tried using tea tree oil, that only made it worse because the bacteria feeds on oil, leaving my scalp okay for the first day then tight the next. The smell is nice and did I mention that its very moisturizing for my hair, which is hard to come by in shampoos.
