I am 5'3" 140 lbs. and I purchased the size medium, it fits just right. I tried these on right out of the box; they were so comfortable that I didn't even want to take them off to launder them. Of course, I did wash and dry them according to the recommendations and they came out so fluffy, no shrinkage all seams intact. Wearing them is like lounging in a warm cloud. I bought them in the cream and blue colors, the cream color looks just like the website photo. The blue hasn't been delivered yet, but I am hoping that the fit and feel of them is just like this pair. I got them on sale for $19.99, so worth the price.

Very cozy, warm, waist is very small although they fit everywhere else. I have an average waistline, not thick through the middle. I had to make a slit in the waistband and cut the elastic.
