Lamps-Arteriors Home-PTS09-SH026Distressed to recall an ancient artifact, this overscale urn has a timeless appeal. NO GUARANTEES ON APPLE REPAIR PARTS

This plan does not guarantee that they will use genuine Apple computer parts, which can lead to incompatibility issues. The plan does not guarantee computer replacement with one of equal value. I CANCELLED MY ORDER FOR AN APPLE IMAC. I'M WAITING FOR THE SELLER TO REPLY.

A very good experience overall.

The whole process went smoothly and efficiently except for the Repair Dept. spending 3 weeks trying multiple attempts to order parts and repair the computer before determining it was unrepairable. I will use Assurion in the future.
