We contacted the vendor and they responded, "We want to assure you that all our parts undergo rigorous inspection and careful packaging before shipment. If you could kindly check the box again for any missing parts, it would be greatly appreciated. Best Regards Yaheetech Customer Service Team" Really, like we didn't checked the box?
