Green Velvet Boxwood BundlePerfect for low formal hedges. Often used as a non intrusive low hedge around other plantings to draw attention. For example, as an outline to separate a rose garden from the rest of the bed. Very well adapted to shearing. Grows slowly to 2 3' tall by the 10th year. Will eventually mature to 3' to 5' tall. It has an upright, healthy growth habit, which combined with its slow growth makes it perfect, and easy, to maintain as an 8" to 12" formal hedge.

This mineral sunscreen does a great job at blocking the sun. It applies smoothly, although it does have a slightly pasty texture which is typical of mineral sunscreens. I love that it was on the thinner side for consistency which makes it easy to apply evenly. We used it extensively last summer and it kept us well protected. We'll definitely be using it again this summer!
