The material on this model had a courser grained vinyl finish than earlier models.(Known as \1290\" grain in the Trade) The panels are die cut on our 60 ton presses and have all the correct holes and apertures for the perfect fit. Bedrest arrives vacuum-packed in a box much smaller than anticipated, but quickly expands to "size", with a longer than usual backside and what appears to be a slightly narrower seating area. " Rest" is very comfortable and thick padding ensures it adequately supports your back. Appearance-wise, the material is somewhat wrinkled/creased (due probably to packaging) and yellow (which is color I got) is a little darker than pictured, with a bit of an orange tint.
