I'm glad I chose these women vitamins!!!
I chose these women's vitamins because I don't like swallowing pills much at all and they are easy to swallow,plus they are a great vitamin supplement. Consistency is the key and it's a big bottle which is great for the price. I love these vitamins and I feel the difference in my body. Hard to find capsules
Im so glad these are capsules and not gummies (extra carbs) or tablets (does the body even absorb them) Nutrients are getting to the bloodstream quicker.
