Super Anchor ARS Tile Roof Anchor Kit 2820The Tile Roof Anchor features the same design criteria as our famous ARS 2x8 anchor, with just a little longer stem length. Why? By adding the extra 1. 5" to the stem length, the anchor is easily flashed through the pan or barrel section of the tile, leaving the attachment hole accessible. The standard tile roof flashing features an EPDM boot that is vulcanized to a malleable 20"x20" aluminum base providing a means to easily conform to the undulations

The usual box stores wanted around $150-$200 for a New and or Refurbished starter. The Ezexpreze 17749 was such a great deal and It bolted up nicely to my 1999 TJ with the 4.0 4x4! Its a great replacement, I've had it for about half a year but it starts with ease. I'll definitely get me another one as a backup at this price point!
