It has the same size profile (silhouette) as the Best Competition hawk, but is a bit thinner in the cheek, making it just a bit lighter, and easier to throw and carry, making for more fun out in the throwing field. I used this as a topper to butyl sound deadening material on the floor and side panels and am very pleased. It was generally easy to use. It is very sticky and cannot be easily repositioned as the foam will separate from the sticky side if you try, but its not a big deal. I have yet to run the car but the panels are much quieter when tapped on vs just the butyl alone, and this stuff weighs almost nothing.
