Was expecting the worst after receiving another product from China before this, but this pillow is all quality! Filling, material, loft and the black piping were excellent quality. They arrived compressed but when you unwrap them they blow up to be a heavy duty pillow. Firm but not too firm. I don't like super soft pillows that you can roll up in a ball with one hand, I like a pillow that gives support and these do just that.
