The rhinestone chain is wrapped tightly around the staff to create an effect of a solid crystal scepter. There is a large round clear crystal stone at both ends of the scepter. Overall size is 18 long x 1 diameter. Available in sterling silver or 14K gold plating. A scepter is a treasured accessory to keep safe and away from the elements when not in use.
