280055 - M4A2 Sherman / Sherman IIIThe M4A2 Sherman used a welded hull nearly identical to the M4, but with a pair of vented armoured grates on the rear hull deck. Nice thick cream! I even saw results (skin improvement) within days. I like this way better than their Cicalfate+, as it’s easier to rub in, less greasy, and doesn’t have the water vs cream separation issue. I’m not a huge fan of the pump top for this one, but at least it’s a tube instead of a solid canister (where you can’t see how much is left or get to the last bit).
